Ended up getting 3 offers, all over list, and the house is sold! Nice not having to be scrambling everyday now to make sure the place is in 'show' condition :) Now the hunt begins to find a new house :) Well, today was the first day on the market… found out at 4:00 PM that there were a couple realtors bringing prospective buyers by at 5:30, and the fun began.
