June 21-16, 2003 : Sulphur Lake
June 21-16, 2003 : Sulphur Lake, located Northwest of Peace River, was simply awesome…well, other than the 6 days of rain. The campsites were very nice, and free…as was the firewood. The fishing was amazing. Over the 6 days we managed to get an average of 4-5 hours a day in…using tubes…which was great, because the rain didn’t really affect us much at all once on the water. We were catching around 20-25 fish per day….mostly Rainbows up to around 2lbs, and a few Brookies up to 3, maybe 3.5 lbs.
